Overnight Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the vibrant face of our establishment, welcoming guests with enthusiasm and ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional! You’ll play a crucial role in managing guest relations, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting gym operations. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and schedule tours with guests (NO outbound sales calls or high-pressure sales tactics)
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Execute cleaning as needed
• Maintain front desk operations by keeping records organized and up-to-date.

Basic qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the needs of the club.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
