What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) position at JUDGE ROTENBERG EDUCATIONAL CENTER?
The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a highly structured residential school located close to Boston, MA. JRC specializes in the use of behavior analysis to serve children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and various psychiatric disorders who exhibit severe problem behaviors. We seek to add a full-time BCBA. Other licensed clinicians (LMHC, LICSW) with appropriate experience will also be considered. Candidates should be interested in using state-of-the-art behavioral systems within a team-based environment to help people with severe aggression and self-injury achieve significant clinical progress and quality of life improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, review, and modify behavior intervention treatment plans
- Analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., case manager, teacher, OT, SLP, doctor, psychiatrist, residential staff)
- Supervise direct care staff

Qualifications:Job Qualifications
Masters or Ph.D. in Psychology or allied fields with an emphasis on a behavioral approach to treatment. Canidate should be an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst- BCBA. Stamina and physical endurance for elongated business days and exceedingly demanding business schedule.
Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Broad exposure to writing about, consulting with, and designing programs for autistic and behaviorally disordered individuals.
