The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a highly structured residential school located close to Boston, MA. JRC specializes in the use of behavior analysis to serve children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and various psychiatric disorders who exhibit severe problem behaviors. We seek to add a full-time BCBA or BCBA-D.

- Starting salary is $105,000-110,000 for BCBA and $125,000 for BCBA-D

Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Psychology or allied fields with an emphasis on a behavioral approach to treatment.
- Stamina and physical endurance for elongated business days and exceedingly demanding business schedule.
- Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Broad exposure to writing about, consulting with, and designing programs for autistic and behaviorally disordered individuals.
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
