Description: Our client is currently seeking an Application System Analyst Sr
About the Role
As a Senior Application Systems Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between end-users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications. You will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet organizational and operational needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to manage medium to high complexity projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and workflows to design and implement effective application solutions.
Develop, test, document, educate, implement, and maintain assigned applications and business processes.
Provide advanced application support and optimization to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with the Service Desk to resolve service requests and troubleshoot issues.
Lead quality assurance and integrated testing initiatives for complex projects.
Manage testing projects and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Contribute to project planning, analysis, documentation, and implementation activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and guide team members.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma (proof required).
5 years of experience in application systems analysis and support, preferably in healthcare.
Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Proven experience in managing medium to high complexity projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in team environments.
Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience with healthcare applications and systems.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
