Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technician - Integration Engineering II - B Shift
Work Location : Huntsville, AL
Contract role

Responsibilities:
- Pressure test of rocket engine components such as main valves, ancillary valves, housings, manifolds, and combustion chambers
- Non-conformance root cause identification
- Nitrogen and helium leak testing .
- Environmental testing including vibration and thermal
- Hydrostatic proof testing and water flow testing
- Test tooling assembly
- Maintain strict cleanliness requirements for fuel and oxidizer valves
- Maintain test equipment inventory such as calibrated items
- Safely work with hazardous systems, chemicals, and high-pressure operations Identify, develop, and implement manufacturing improvements to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and increase throughput
- Support the development and improvement of electronic manufacturing work instructions Identify non-conformances and engage in corrective actions
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 0 to 8 years of pressure systems experience and component test experience Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Extensive experience reading and understanding specification and detailed work instructions Proven experience and successful track record developing new processes
- Strong written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels of the organization
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
