- Track tickets in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in submission and resolution timelines.
- Build reports and manage large datasets using Salesforce Data Loader.
- Document all project activities and maintain compliance with operational standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
- Strong Salesforce experience (including Data Loader and reporting).
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Familiarity with standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
