Location: hybrid, 4 days a month to Edgewater Park, NJ

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports
Partner with business stakeholders and non-technical users to gather requirements
Provide guidance on AI readiness, specifically:
Required Skills
Power BI
Team & Environment
Part of Enterprise Data & Architecture
Existing team of 2 in-house developers; looking to expand
Highly analytical team supporting:
Strong customer focus is critical
Candidate should be proactive and engaged with AI evolution
Ability to guide and influence AI strategy while building alongside the team
Azure experience is a nice-to-have

Core Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports
Partner with business stakeholders and non-technical users to gather requirements
Provide guidance on AI readiness, specifically:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Creating and evolving AI agents
Required Skills
Power BI
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining reports
- Dashboarding, analytics, slicing/dicing data
- Liaising with internal customers
- Translating business needs into reporting solutions
- Understanding of Large Language Models
- Experience or strong interest in building agents
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot (currently in use)
Team & Environment
Part of Enterprise Data & Architecture
