Shifts: 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Responsibilities:
- Definition of Support System elements and schedules down to the part number / book number.
- Ensuring Support System elements are complete and correct in support of Fielding Certification Board (FCB).
- Identification and coordination of work products required for downstream effort, ensuring requisite data is identified, complete, accurate and provided on time with updates controlled and communicated in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining and providing accurate and up to date status on progress, issues and resolutions on support system elements.
- Planning, coordinating, and conducting Support Systems Requirements/Readiness Reviews as a part of the overall integration effort.
- Ensuring accurate representation with internal organizations and the customer.
- Fostering a team culture representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers.
- Leading project integration to ensure all groups execute the work statement to a common schedule.
- Working under minimum direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or other STEM field of study
- 7 years' experience with project management or engineering integration within complex development programs.
- 3 years of project scheduling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience working with members of various departments and teams for a common goal.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in Project Engineering / Project Integration.
- Avionics Project Integration or Project Engineering experience.
- Avionics software development experience.
- Familiarity with USAF Technical Orders.
- Familiarity with USAF Support Equipment.
- Experience/understanding in development and delivery of logistics support elements.
- Organizational/team building skills.
- Ability to perform project planning/execution.
- Aptitude to remain politely persistent while achieving results.
