Role Summary

Candidates must be capable of planning, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform solutions design, project technical planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, React, Redux, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Create technical documentation, application functionality documentation, test methods, and business/functional flow diagrams.
- Design and develop SQL Server objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
- Participate in system testing, unit testing, and creation of test documentation.
- Recommend software reusability guidelines and best development practices.
- Mentor peers and junior team members through technical guidance and documentation.
- Support multiple projects and perform development tasks as assigned, including lower-level development activities when required.
- 7 years of experience in solutions design, technical planning, analysis and design, testing, and implementation.
- Strong experience with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework and modern .NET Core environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Pipelines, Git, and GitHub.
- Strong front-end and full-stack development experience using React, Redux, JavaScript, JSON, APIs, Node.js, Axios, and related technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server development, including stored procedures, functions, tables, and views.
- Familiarity with manual QA testing processes and system testing.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Local Ohio residency required.
- Enterprise Data Modeling experience.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with WinForms development.
- Familiarity with Visio or other flow-diagramming tools.
