What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end performance testing strategy and approach
- Define test scenarios focused on key APIs and critical workflows
- Evaluate and recommend tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- Oversee execution of load, stress, and baseline testing
- Analyze results and identify performance bottlenecks
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate testing efforts with engineering teams
- Drive documentation and knowledge transfer post-engagement
What You Bring
- 7 years of experience in performance testing
- Experience operating in a lead or ownership role
- Strong background in API and backend performance testing
- Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, k6, or similar
- Experience working with .NET and SQL Server environments preferred
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
