Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS services such as ECS, EC2, Lambda, SQS, or S3).
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and system design principles.
- Experience optimizing application performance and improving system reliability.
- Experience working with large datasets, data analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Experience evaluating and integrating third-party or vendor solutions.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and contributing to engineering best practices.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain secure, high-quality production code; perform code reviews and debugging.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions beyond standard approaches.
- Improve system stability by identifying and automating remediation of recurring issues.
- Design and implement architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
