Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of product design or design engineering experience
- Strong mechanical engineering and product design background
- Experience with product development and manufacturing processes
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical product solutions
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional project teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Engineering analysis including strength calculations, fits and tolerances, and CAD modeling
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering
- 3 years of progressive product or design engineering experience
- Experience with manufacturing methods such as sheet metal, fabrication, plastics, castings, or similar processes
- Knowledge of design validation, prototype development, design for manufacturability (DFM), and product lifecycle support
- Experience with FEA/stress calculations preferred
- CAD design experience preferred
