About the Role

We are looking for an experienced analyst who can leverage advanced business, analytical, and technical expertise to solve complex problems and influence strategic decisions. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, innovative thinking, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and influence solution strategies.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium-to-large scale business problems with strategic impact.
• Use innovative quantitative approaches to generate actionable insights and drive change.
• Translate recommendations into clear communication materials for peer review and mid-to-upper-level management.
• Incorporate data visualization techniques to make complex analyses accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Identify and gather high-quality data sources through testing or exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Integrate and transform disparate data sources, applying appropriate data hygiene techniques.
• Document assumptions, methodologies, validation, and testing to support peer reviews and compliance requirements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies that impact analytical methodologies and problem-solving approaches.
• Deliver findings in a way that influences management decisions and supports business strategy.
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with compliance policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong business and analytical skills with experience applying advanced techniques to solve strategic problems.
• Proficiency in data visualization and communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to document methodologies and maintain compliance standards.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to analytics.
