Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity research and analysis to support enterprise security initiatives.
- Contribute to moderately complex cybersecurity projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security requirements.
- Evaluate security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks by analyzing a variety of data sources and factors.
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to identify, assess, and resolve cybersecurity challenges.
- Support large-scale planning efforts related to cybersecurity research programs and strategic initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve security posture and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Cyber Security Research or a related cybersecurity discipline.
- Experience conducting research, analysis, and assessment of cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and identify effective solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level cybersecurity programs or initiatives.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in consulting, military service, cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to diverse audiences.
