Key Responsibilities
- Design mechanical test systems for aircraft components, including hydraulic and pneumatic system
- Interpret OEM test specifications and collaborate with customers to develop custom-engineered solutions
- Oversee projects from initial design through installation and startup
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, with a strong focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Self-driven, energetic professional who thrives with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide a small engineering team
- Experience with aircraft component test equipment (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in a shop environment, including familiarity with machining and metal fabrication
