Pricing Specialist

The Judge Group is seeking a Commercial Pricing Specialist for our client in their Carrollton, TX area corporate offices.

COMPENSATION: $65,000 to $70,000

LOCATION: Fully onsite

MUST HAVE: BS degree in business, Finance or related

MUST HAVE: 3 years driving data driven pricing analysis, sales forecasting, market research

MUST HAVE: Very strong analytical skills

MUST HAVE: Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills

LIKE TO HAVE: Heavy construction equipment or automotive industry pricing experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Driving data driven pricing analysis, sales forecasting, market research

- Analyze and maintain pricing structures

- Maximize sales and margins for current and aftermarket parts

- Collaborate with all departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Engineering) build cost models

- Utilize industry standards and pricing strategies to set competitive prices

- Lead pricing review meetings

- Monitor financial performance of pricing

- Maintain pricing models for aftermarket parts

- Perform competitive analysis on parts – segmenting analysis by volume, price, competition

- Conduct analysis vs other OEM parts

- Establish profitability goals for parts

- Manage price pages

- Perform competitive analysis on all new models

- Determine discounts for within appropriate guidelines

- Implementing pricing tables and maintain product price database

- Develop sales KPIs including dealer performance dashboards

- Support sales forecasting and business planning

- Conduct market research to support product planning

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- BS degree in business, Finance or related

- Heavy construction equipment or automotive industry pricing experience preferred

- Very strong analytical skills

- Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills

- Experience creating data from various sources

- Experience creating commercial strategies and pricing models-

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
