A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Maintenance Superintendent with poultry experience.

Salary range for this position is $100-120k
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum of 4 years’ experience in food production maintenance
-4 years maintenance superintendent or manager experience
-Experience in poultry
-Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
