We are partnered with a large Food Manufacturer who are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Superintendent for their Plant north of Dallas
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Maintenance Operations: Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance activities across all production facilities.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing resource utilization.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled and motivated maintenance team.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership within a Food Manufacturing environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Proven track record of managing maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
