A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience.

Salary range for this position is $140-150k plus bonus
Qualifications & Requirements:
-8 years’ experience in Maintenance Manufacturing in Poultry
-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager in a Poultry production facility
-Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
