Position Summary
Our client is seeking an EPC Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the execution of large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects in the power generation and industrial cooling sectors. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting high standards for quality and innovation in dry cooling technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support EPC project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing dry cooling projects.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure technical specifications align with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers and subcontractors for EPC projects.
- Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and support contractual compliance.
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
- Identify opportunities to optimize EPC processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years in EPC project execution in power generation, industrial cooling, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of dry cooling systems, mechanical/electrical interfaces, and EPC workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), ERP systems, and procurement platforms.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
