This role supports day-to-day customer communication, order management, and relationship building to ensure exceptional customer experience across all channels.

Requirements
- Respond to E-Commerce consumer inquiries by phone and email regarding style and fit, order status, placing orders and all other inquiries, with enthusiasm and brand knowledge

- Return Processing
- Retail Support at our Flagship Store as needed

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in E-Commerce and/or Fashion Boutiques preferred
- Strong interest in fashion, sales, customer interaction, and brand representation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing brand environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and order management systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus
