- Organize and compile medical records, billing, and supporting documentation into litigation-ready files
- Track deadlines, hearing dates, and procedural requirements to ensure full compliance with arbitration rules
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers regarding case status and outstanding documentation
- Assist attorneys with hearing preparation, including exhibit organization and case strategy support

- Maintain accurate and detailed case notes within the firm’s case management system
Requirements
- Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant; PIP / no-fault or personal injury experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with litigation or arbitration processes; experience with Forthright or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical records, billing, and insurance documentation preferred
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads and strict deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or defenses
- Ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and insurance carriers
Why This Role is Different
- Work on high-volume, fast-moving arbitration matters with real ownership over your files

- Gain specialized expertise in NJ No-Fault PIP law and arbitration strategy
- Direct exposure to how legal strategy, billing, and claims handling intersect
- Opportunity for growth within a firm that values performance, efficiency, and innovation
