We are seeking a dependable, motivated Window & Door Installer / Glazier to join our Exterior Division. This position involves installing and servicing residential and light commercial windows and doors, replacing insulated glass units, performing service work, and occasionally assisting with other glass-related projects.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. Experience in window installation, construction, carpentry, siding, roofing, or general trades is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Typical duties include:
• Installing replacement and new-construction windows and doors
• Performing window and glass service work and repairs
• Measuring openings and ensuring proper fit and operation
• Loading, transporting, and handling glass and window products safely
• Communicating professionally with homeowners, builders, and coworkers
• Maintaining a clean, organized jobsite and company vehicle
