About the Role: Team Member – Judas Tree
As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Whether you’re greeting guests, serving drinks, or keeping our bocce courts tidy, your role is all about making everyone feel welcome and cared for. You’ll work closely with our bar and kitchen staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and that our high standards of hospitality and quality are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with a warm, genuine attitude.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and serve taps and other light food items.
- Support bar and kitchen staff with service tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, patio, and bocce courts.
- Uphold Judas Tree’s commitment to quality, presentation, and a community-focused atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or café experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years old (21 preferred for beverage service).
- Availability to work Thursday through Saturday evenings.
