Responsible for completion of daily route sheets for drivers, including ensuring all scheduled deliveries are included on a route, and all call in or monitor alerts are scheduled appropriately. Review driver’s route reports in the SMARTLogix Dispatch program to ensure routes are being completed in the proper order, and to identify where route times are outside of expectations. Assist in the initial and ongoing training of Mobile Fueling Drivers to ensure an engaged and customer-oriented delivery of service. Conduct company business and execute programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner and with a whole company approach. Other duties as assigned.
This position functions primarily in a business office setting and the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The company operates out of several buildings spread across a multi-acre campus. The ability to travel between buildings is necessary.

- High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
- Two years of office experience/or similar experience required.
- Familiarity with the fuel industry preferred
- Able to communicate Business to Business transactions required.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor.
- Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
