What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading day-to-day operations while driving long-term planning and school success
- Providing strong, positive leadership to staff through mentorship, coaching, and accountability
- Overseeing curriculum implementation while maintaining full compliance with state regulations
- Building strong relationships with families and serving as a trusted point of contact
- Ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for children and staff
- Organizing and leading staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development
- Creating a nurturing and high-quality early learning experience for every child
You're a Strong Fit If You:
- Are at least 21 years old and meet state director qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field)
- Have 5 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center
- Are CPR and First Aid certified, and can pass all required background checks
- Have schedule flexibility to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
