Role Description This contract Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and cultivate leads, schedule and conduct property showings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily tasks include managing listings, preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating regularly with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. The agent will analyze local market trends, prepare comparative market analyses, and provide pricing and negotiation guidance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, using real estate technology platforms and MLS systems, and adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
