Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems while delivering excellent customer service and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Communicate with customers about service needs and recommendations
- You will need to be able to lift 75 lbs.
Qualifications
- Service Technician: 1 year
- Mechanical Trade Knowledge: 1 year
- Electrical Knowledge: 1 year
- Plumbing Knowledge: 1 year
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working with pools desired
- Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun
