In this role, you will be the first point of contact, responsible for welcoming patients, managing their information efficiently, and ensuring compliance with health regulation policies. Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a healthcare team.
- Communicate clearly with other healthcare workers.
- Follow protocols for a variety of healthcare procedures.
- Work with patients and families regarding concerns and care plans.
- Manages all daily clinical records functions including establishing and implementing clinical records policy
- Receives case referrals. Reviews available patient information related to case.
- Reviews and evaluates each case
- Reviews patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, prcedures and clinical course
- Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities, and developing plan of care

Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably as a Patient Intake Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with patient management software or EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of health regulation policies, including patient confidentiality standards such as HIPAA
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically both over the phone and in person
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) management practices
- Excellent organizational skills, including accurate typing speed for data entry and documentation tasks
- Office experience demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
