Field Bar Crafter Job Description
Field Bar crafter (bartenders) are expected to exude heart-centered hospitality and inviting warmth while serving our guests with respect and kindness. You must follow all local, state, and federal rules applicable to our business including but not limited to the serving of alcohol, food safety, sanitation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and style
- Provide heart-centered hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards on the premises and especially behind the bar
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately
- Check IDs and uphold all alcohol service laws and safety policies
- Participate in drink prep, stocking the bar, setup and breakdown, inventory, and other duties as needed
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience
- Contribute to a fun, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Must be 21 and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing or walking for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs for short periods
- Current STAR service certification and food safety certification or the ability to obtain all needed certifications within 30 days of hire

- Flexibility is required due to the nature of event-based programming and seasonal fluctuations
Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
