Job Description:

• Manage daily administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data
  
  
  

management/merging and field layout and display.

• Perform regular system audits and prepare ad-hoc reports.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Assist in data imports, exports, and cleansing activities.
• Monitor and maintain system integrations with other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
  
  
  

Required:

• Highschool Diploma
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
