What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer IT Support Administrator II (CSA2) – IT Operations position at Juanita Portraits?
Perform network engineering tasks, including Windows server administration, Active Directory/Group Policy management, and technical support for users.
Troubleshoot applications and address network-related issues within Navy installations.
Install, repair, and test network cables, including Category 5 and Fiber Optic cables.
Ensure compliance with SWRMC policies by managing NMCI accounts through Active Directory (AD), maintaining proper permissions, and ensuring accounts are active.
Provide customer support to SWRMC personnel, including Command/Executive Staff, Production Shop users, Maintenance Teams (MTs), and other stakeholders, to resolve network and application issues.
Confer with SWRMC customers to ensure proper IT support levels are maintained.
Create and manage NMCI accounts, ensuring proper configurations and compliance.
Configure and manage government-issued phones, including setup and troubleshooting.
Complete and process SAAR-N forms for SWRMC employees to ensure access compliance.
Resolve IT tickets promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Facilitate proper procedures for retired GFE mobile devices, including processing through DRMO.
Maintain accurate records of IT processes and provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive feedback and satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications in IT/networking are preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certifications).
Must possess and maintain an active security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with SWRMC personnel and other stakeholders.
A strong understanding of network architecture and how organizations run their networks.
A strong understanding of domain architecture including Windows.
Experience with Meraki environments, including setup, managing, and maintaining.
