What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position at JTSP?
JT Solution Partners is looking for a full-time apartment leasing consultant to work at an amazing community.
Job requirements
- Give tours of the apartment units
- Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
- Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
- Attend leasing conventions and other industry events
- Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
- Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
- Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
- Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year in customer service and sales.
Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
