We're on the lookout for experienced Cutter/Finishing/Bindery Operators to join our team of skilled Bindery professionals. No experience? No problem! We're ready to train entry-level candidates who are eager to pursue a career as an Operator.
🔪 Cutter Operator Job Functions:
- Prepare for the job by reviewing job specifications, schedule, and making adjustments to ensure proper equipment set-up.
- Visually inspect inserts before, during, and after run time to ensure correctness and quality standards.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Program and operate Cutter machines and other Bindery equipment.
- Trim printed product to correct size and package according to customer specifications.
🛠️ Skills/Experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with terminology, job flow, and quality standards.
📅 Shift/Schedule:
Shifts: 1st Shift (7am-3pm), 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm), 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)
Schedule: 4 Days Per Week & Every Other Weekend
💰 Pay:
$15-$17/hr (depending on experience)
