Responsibilities:
- Perform residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and living spaces
- Execute interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and finishing work to professional standards
- Install flooring, drywall, trim, doors, and other renovation components as needed
- Collaborate with homeowners and project leads to ensure work meets design specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout all phases of the project
- Identify and communicate any structural or material issues discovered during renovation
- Manage tools, materials, and supplies efficiently to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential remodeling, renovation, or general contracting
- Proficiency in painting, drywall, carpentry, or other remodeling trades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or project plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in and around Wentzville, MO
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly demeanor
- Relevant licenses or certifications preferred but not required for all positions
