Field Forklift Technician – Experienced

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Field Forklift Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on forklift(s) at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on forklifts. (electric, diesel, LPG)
- Complete routine preventive maintenance services independently.
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and any additional repair recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all job sites.
- Safely operate company service vehicles while traveling to job sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a forklift or heavy equipment mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in various weather conditions.
- Must provide own tools (we provide a forklift jack and air compressor).
