Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Provide estimates for auto repairs, oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and other automotive services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Be able to work at a fast pace
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of automotive, alignment, oil changes, tire services, suspension, shocks/struts, brake repair, transmission, air brakes, etc.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately document vehicle issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Ignite P.O.S. is a plus
- Knowledge of Xtime program is a plus
