You should be someone who understandsthe unique needs of Christian travelers, communicates with warmth and clarity, and brings bothcreativity and precision to every itinerary.What You’ll DoCraft Faith-Inspired Journeys• Design and coordinate Christian-based travel experiences, including Holy Land tours,pilgrimages, mission trips, retreats, Christian cruises, and group travel.• Build itineraries that highlight biblical history, spiritual significance, and culturally richdestinations.• Recommend accommodations, excursions, and cruise options that align with Christianvalues.Christian Cruise Expertise• Plan and book Christian-themed cruises, including group sailings, conference cruises, andspecialty faith-based itineraries.• Maintain strong knowledge of cruise lines offering Christian programming, worshipexperiences, and spiritually enriching excursions.• Manage group reservations, cabin assignments, and cruise logistics with accuracy andcare.Group Travel Coordination• Organize and manage travel for church groups, ministries, mission teams, and faith-basedorganizations.• Negotiate group rates, coordinate documentation, and ensure every traveler receivesexceptional support.• Serve as the primary liaison for group leaders from planning through completion.Deliver Exceptional Client Care• Build meaningful relationships with travelers by understanding their spiritual goals andtravel preferences.• Provide personalized recommendations and proactive communication throughout theplanning process.• Resolve travel issues with professionalism, compassion, and a solutions-focused mindset.Support Our Mission• Collaborate with ministry partners, churches, and group organizers.• Contribute ideas for new Christian travel packages, cruise offerings, and marketinginitiatives.• Represent JTN Travel with integrity, warmth, and a heart for service.What You Bring• Proven experience as a travel agent or travel planner (3 years preferred).• Experience booking Christian-themed cruises and coordinating group travel isrequired.• Strong knowledge of Christian destinations, biblical sites, and faith-based travelexperiences.• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.• Proficiency with travel booking systems and industry tools.• Experience with Dream Vacations and CruiseOne booking systems is a significantplus.• A genuine passion for serving others and creating spiritually meaningful journeys.
