JTM Cleaning offers commercial cleaning, floor care , disinfecting services and epoxy/concrete polishing services.
Tasks:
Scheduled part-time Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 4:30pm, 4 hours per shift (12 total hours per week). Friday's shift may be completed on the weekend. Applicants preferred living within 10 minutes of area. Outside this range may not be considered. Job location is on Enterprise Drive in Livonia. THIS JOB OFFER IS CONTINGENT UPON A SUCCESFULL BACKGROUND CHECK.
- Physical capabilities to perform in-depth cleaning of a office facilty. Responsibilites include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, disinfecting/sanitizing, interior window ledges and door handles. Deep cleaning of all bathrooms & breakrooms.
- Restocking janitor cart with supplies and maintaining vacuum. Ordering supplies when low.
Qualifications:
- 2 years janitorial experience preferred
- positive attitude & good people skills
- detail oriented & organized
- reliable & punctual
- must be able to work alone & be a hard worker
- reliable transportation & valid driver license
- background check, drug screen, and references checked
- MUST HAVE A GOOD WORK HISTORY. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE HARDWORKING TO PUT FORTH EFFORT AND NOT JUST COLLECT A PAYCHECK.
- Floor experience a bonus such as buffing, floor strip & wax, operating a floor scrubber

Biweekly payroll via ACH direct deposit.
