We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in multi-family housing maintenance. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform unit make-readies
- Conduct general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall work
- Troubleshoot and perform basic HVAC maintenance and repairs (HVAC experience preferred)
- Assist with groundskeeping and other property upkeep as needed
- Support additional duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
- Perform occasional lifting and manual labor
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-family housing maintenance
- HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of general building systems and repair techniques
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
