Summary/Purpose
It is the responsibility of the Order Picker to pull finished goods.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Pulls inventory for orders out of Flat Storage & Highbay
- Process orders through Oracle System
- Prepares product for shipment; via stretch wrapping, banding, & label placement.
- Stacks & accounts for outgoing phosphate
- Loads truck with fork lift
- Weekly Cycle Counts
- Operates the UPS machine
- Maintains 5S in the department
- Maintains safety while carry out job duties
- Maintains quality by following organization standards.
- Capable of operating forklift and unloading incoming trucks.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate counts.
- Maintains safety while carrying out job duties.
- Understands FIFO
- Basic Computer skills required.
- Ability to work with minor supervision.
- Maintain focus when completing assigned tasks with attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills a plus.
- Forklift experience
- Experience loading trucks
- Oracle Knowledge or Computer skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- High school diploma/G.E.D. Required
- Shipping/Receiving Experience

- Work is performed in a normal manufacturing area.
- Must be able to stand up for 8 hours.
- This position has an exposure to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, electrical power distribution and controls, compressed air systems, hydraulic systems, steam distribution and generation, water, various types of lubricants, chemical and wash baths, extreme heat, mechanical machine operation, etc.
- Will be regularly required to climb, stand, sit, and reach with hands, fingers, and arms.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required.
- This position requires regular lifting of work up to 40 pounds, and push or pulling work up to 125 pounds with proper equipment.
Salary : $32,800 - $41,500
