What you'll do
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production management and adherence to safety standards.
- Implement and optimize production planning strategies using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) methodologies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage supply chain analytics to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain management.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place, maintaining product standards through rigorous testing and inspection protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective maintenance strategies.

Basic qualifications
