Position Description:
JTEC Consulting is hiring Oracle OCI Certified E-Business Suite (EBS) Developers to meet ongoing hiring needs for a growing contract. Developers will work with scrum teams supporting solution design, functional design, business process analysis, and system integration for the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul - Supply (MRO-S) contract. Qualified candidates must have experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture, hands-on development experience working with EBS implementations, and hold Oracle OCI certification(s).
JTEC Consulting is hiring Oracle OCI Certified E-Business Suite (EBS) Developers to meet ongoing hiring needs for a growing contract. Developers will work with scrum teams supporting solution design, functional design, business process analysis, and system integration for the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul - Supply (MRO-S) contract. Qualified candidates must have experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture, hands-on development experience working with EBS implementations, and hold Oracle OCI certification(s).
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide hands-on development to support business process and application requirements for OCI-hosted environments
- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI APIs
- Work as part of a collaborative Scrum team to deliver software configuration and development at every iteration
- Support design, development, and break-fix activities for customer Oracle objects supporting Oracle R12 Maintenance, Financial, and Supply solutions
- Actively support sprint activities including:
- Develop planning estimates including delivery-based Definition of Done and adherence to definition
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide daily reporting for status and impediments including escalating impediments
- Maintain daily communication with Product Owner to demonstrate ongoing progress
- Maintain project task and timeline activities using Kanban and Scrum boards
- Support project management and maintain information in Jira
- Participate in Definition of Ready (DoR) activities by determining "ready for work items" to be slotted into a sprint
- Support Product Owner with work breakdowns including:
- Breaking down Epics and User Stories into smaller User Stories based on functionality
- Decomposing User Stories into smaller actionable tasks
- Estimating Product backlog items for Epics and User Stories
Program Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship
- Current security clearance (minimum interim secret); current Public Trust access and ability to obtain secret clearance may be considered based on customer approval/timeline for starting work
Certification Requirements:
At least one active Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification (e.g., OCI Application Integration Professional, OCI Developer Professional, or OCI Architect Associate)
At least one active Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification (e.g., OCI Application Integration Professional, OCI Developer Professional, or OCI Architect Associate)
Technical Requirements:
- 5 years of professional development experience with either Oracle EBS Financial Functional modules (AP, GL, AR, PO) or Oracle EBS Supply Chain or Maintenance Modules
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or working with OCI API
- Advanced development skills using PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
- Experience working with Oracle Reporting tools and SOA integration frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work self-directed in Agile/Scrum team using Jira
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
- Must be self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment that offers stretch growth opportunities for continuous learning and development
