ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The Operations Analyst at SALI is mainly responsible for preparing, processing, and documenting wire activity as instructed by our clients in a timely and professional manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Process investment fund subscription, redemptions, and documentation.
- Process limited partner investment and redemptions according to fund terms.
- Assist with investment tracking and compliance.
- Help set up and maintain a data portal for customers.
- Help maintain data in Salesforce.
- Participate in team projects, assignments, and team responsibilities such as continual process improvement and strengthening of business controls.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year college degree.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Broad range understanding of financial or investment services.
- 2 years professional work experience.
- Must work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong quantitative skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Fund administration, RIA, financial brokerage firm or banking experience preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities, assignments, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent PC-related skills (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook or other applications) a necessity.
- Shows initiative, self-motivated, professional demeanor, and desire to learn.
