Food Production Worker – Meat Processing
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Starting at: 6AM Monday- Friday
We are looking for a reliable Food Production Worker to join our growing food manufacturing team.

Responsibilities
- Slice and prepare meat for production
- Arrange sliced meat evenly on drying trays
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, trays, utensils, and work areas
- Strictly follow established SOPs and GMPs
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
Requirements
- Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety principles
- Ability to strictly follow SOPs and GMPs
- Food production or meat processing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at approximately 68°F
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
