Role
JT’s Restaurant is looking for a dependable and hardworking Busser/Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team.
Located in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village, JT’s is a busy, upscale Italian restaurant focused on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and professional service. This is a great opportunity for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized dining room service stations
- Refill water and assist with table maintenance throughout service
- Support servers, bartenders, and other team members as needed
- Run food and assist with delivering items to guests
- Help maintain a clean and polished dining room
- Communicate clearly with the service and management teams
- Follow all restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to move quickly while remaining professional
- Attention to detail and awareness of guest needs
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and remaining on your feet throughout a shift
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Evening and weekend availability is required
Compensation
$10.70 per hour plus tips
Schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available. Candidates must have evening and weekend availability.
