Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an assistant restaurant manager or dining room manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years as an assistant restaurant manager or dining room manager in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Experience providing exemplary customer service
