Hours: Approximately 20–55 hours per week, depending on position, season, weather, and workload. Overtime opportunities available.

JT's Unique Outdoor Services, LLC is a locally owned landscaping and property maintenance company serving southeastern Wisconsin. We're looking to add two dependable, hardworking people to our team.
We handle residential and commercial landscaping, lawn maintenance, retaining walls, patios, property cleanups, and snow removal.
We're looking for people who show up on time, work hard, pay attention to details, and take pride in what they do.
Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right people. We're also looking for experienced individuals interested in taking on crew leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and position, work may include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Landscape installations, planting, mulching, and bed maintenance
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Pruning, trimming, and general property maintenance
- Installing retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and other hardscapes
- Site preparation, grading, excavation, and material installation
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Snow plowing and operating snow removal equipment for qualified positions
- Sidewalk snow removal, including shoveling, snow blowing, and ice management
- Working with the crew to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and correctly
Experienced candidates may also be considered for crew leadership positions, including organizing daily work, helping manage crew members, and making sure jobs are completed to our standards.

- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required for every position
- Landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, equipment operation, or snow removal experience is a plus
College students are encouraged to apply! We have part-time opportunities available for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience and learn the trade.
