What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office help position at JT's Custom Pools?
Our office is expanding and is looking for an office assistant to help in manning the front desk, answering the phones, customer communication, filing, and assisting other staff with application packets or order forms. A good candidate will have high attention to detail, good time management and prioritization, and great customer service skills. Must have experience with computers. Hours will be Monday- Friday 8am-4pm.
Experience on the phones or with filling out paperwork is a plus.
We have no drama work culture and we try to promote teamwork in our office.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- reading directions: 1 year (Preferred)
