About the Position: The incumbent is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist under the Defense Health Network.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes overseeing and tracking full staffing and recruitment lifecycle to meet organizational workforce requirements; engaging with specialized talent pools to recruit mission-critical occupations; and advising leadership on pay setting, pay adjustments, special salary rates, incentives, premium pay, and compensation flexibilities to ensure compliance with federal regulations and alignment with organizational goals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11
